Online Store Return & Exchange Policy

The following conditions apply only to the Fine by Mers Online Store:
 

Consumers cannot exercise their right of withdrawal for jewelry produced according to their special requests and demands, or for jewelry customized with changes or additions to its color or design.

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for ring orders, as the ring size is custom-made, there is no right of withdrawal (right of cancellation and return) due to legal conditions. However, for custom Fine by Mers ring orders, cancellations and returns are subject to a 10% deduction. Nevertheless, there is no right of withdrawal for rings with engravings.

When custom production is made at the BUYER's request in a different metal color than what is offered on the website, or for special orders outside the ring size range, necklace, and bracelet lengths offered on the website, for engraved rings, or for procedures such as changes in ring size, necklace, bracelet length, and model made at the BUYER's request after the product is delivered to the BUYER, these goods custom-produced according to the customer's special requests fall within the scope of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. 

For orders you wish to return, they must be sent to the address we will provide, complete with the jewelry, invoice, delivery note, certificate, and any gift items, in the condition they were sent to you.

For invoices issued in the name of your company, for the return process to be completed, you must send the jewelry along with a return invoice issued by your company. Returns of orders invoiced to your company cannot be completed if a return invoice is not issued.

The responsibility for the package during its arrival at the specified return address lies with the consumer.

After the return is received, the value of the products will be refunded within 14 days; if the order was placed using a credit card, it will be refunded to the credit card; if it was placed via wire transfer/EFT, it will be refunded to the bank account.

The product to be returned must comply with the conditions of "Right of Withdrawal" in Article 9 and "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" in Article 15 of the "Distance Sales Agreement."
